The FAA insists COVID-19 vaccines have no link to sudden pilot casualties and refuses to investigate the issue.
The Aviation Herald reported an incident involving an Austrian Airlines captain flying from Stuttgart to Vienna on 24 September 2023. The pilot stated he began to experience feelings of ill health during the flight, becoming incapacitated by the time the flight started its descent. The incident caused the first officer to take control of the airplane.
In recent months, we’ve seen a huge increase in incapacitated pilots, with several incidents reported every month in H2 2023. This raises concerns about the safety of passengers and crew during flights.
With the rate of pilot casualties increasing each month, there’s a chance pilots and co-pilots could experience incapacitation during a flight, resulting in a mass casualty event. Pilots undergo intensive physical screenings, but something seems to be going unchecked.
Another incident involving Captain Eric McRae of Alaskan Airlines occurred on 23 September 2023. During a flight layover, the accomplished pilot was found deceased in his hotel accommodations. In a company memo, David Mets, Vice President of Flight Operations for Alaska Airlines, announced that he didn’t suspect any “foul play.”
On 22 September 2023, a Delta Airlines pilot was forced to make an emergency landing during a flight from Paris to Los Angeles. The pilot became incapacitated and rushed to hospital after landing at Minneapolis airport. According to the Aviation Herald, the flight resumed its journey after experiencing a six-hour delay.
Sierra Lund, a 24-year-old recreational pilot, is a victim of COVID-19 vaccine injury and can no longer fly alone. In a public forum, she emphasized how commercial pilots must undergo frequent medical exams to determine their flight fitness.
In her statement, Sierra stated that the public deserved to know that pilots experiencing the strange sudden-death phenomenon are very fit and regularly screened for health markers. So, if passengers hear about pilots undergoing cardiac arrest in the cockpit, they should be concerned because these are fit, healthy, and capable professionals.
In August, medical teams pronounced an IndiGo Airlines pilot dead after being rushed to a hospital after collapsing at the boarding gate of his flight. The preliminary reports show Manoj Subramanyam, aged just 40 years, suffered “sudden cardiac arrest,” a condition not expected in healthy men at such an age.
The day prior to this event, a 51-year-old pilot was traveling as a ride-along on Qatar Airlines flight QR 579. The pilot suddenly died from cardiac arrest during the trip from Delhi to Doha. The report in the Times of India states the pilot was fit and in good health, with his passing being a huge shock for those who knew him and his family.
Three days prior to the incident mentioned above, a captain died suddenly in the restroom during a LATAM flight LA505 from Miami to Santiago, Chile. Captain Ivan Andaur was at the helm for just three hours before he died suddenly, with all resuscitation attempts proving fruitless.
The plane had to divert its flight path to Tocumen International Airport in Panama City for an emergency landing coordinated by the co-pilot. The passengers remained stranded for several hours.
Despite this slew of coincidences, The Federal Aviation Administration refuses to investigate any possible link between COVID-19 vaccines and the sudden death of pilots. The FAA also refuses to accept that the vaccine has any role in these incidents despite being a common thread across all deceased pilots.
In an interview with the AFP, a spokesperson for the FAA stated that there is no evidence of pilot incapacitations caused by medical complications or adverse events associated with the administration of COVID-19 vaccines.
Josh Yoder is a first officer with American Airlines First and the co-founder of US Freedom Flyers, an aviation group. Josh receives calls daily from private airlines asking for unvaxxed pilots to fly their planes.
According to Captain Alan Dana, Yoder frequently receives calls from corporates and wealthy businesspeople asking him to source unvaccinated pilots and crew. After 14 years of dedicated service to the company, Dana was fired by JetStar for refusing its vaccine mandate.
Fortunately, many pilots and crew left their jobs after refusing to comply with COVID-19 vaccine mandates, and many worked for companies that didn’t force a mandate on their staff. As a result, private aviation companies have plenty of staff available for their flights.
That might be good news for wealthy businesspeople and corporations who can afford the luxury of private flights. However, those left in the economy section of commercial airliners are still at risk.
God bless those that refused the vax and may God protect those that took it along with the unknowing passengers onboard their aircraft.
